He also helped in the design and compiling of the Domestic Tax Laws of Uganda 2023/24 compendium with East African School of Taxation.
Leone is a tax consultant at Godena Associates. He is a financial researcher and part-time entrepreneur.
He holds a Bachelors’ degree of Science in Finance from Makerere University Business School and a Post
Graduate Diploma in Taxation & Revenue Administration from East African School of Taxation. He is
currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at Makerere University, as well as ACCA.
He has experience working in non-government organizations, small and medium sized enterprises and
tech start-ups. He specializes in tax and cost accounting, budget analysis, accounting, data entry,
financial analysis, financial research and brand management.
