Nicholas has experience in handling tax objections, compliance areas, tax exemptions, tax health checks, tax
opinions, financial reporting and accounting advisory.
Nicholas Bugambiro is a Certified Public Accountant with ICPAU who holds a Bachelors of Science in
Accounting and also a Master’s of Business Administration of Makerere University. He also, holds a post
Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from East African School of Taxation.
He has 9 years of working experience with institutions like Makerere University Business School,
Grant Thornton Taxation Services Limited where he has served as a lecturer of accounting and reporting
and a tax consulting associate respectively. Currently, he works with Godena associates as a senior tax
consultant and also lectures CPA students of Advanced Taxation and Financial Reporting at PAT
professional Trainers Uganda Limited.
